AlphaGraphics on University in Tempe is seeking a multi-faceted individual with both Vinyl Graphic and Large Format Operational Experience. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is highly engaged in today’s modern sign & graphics industry and wants to join a great company with a great reputation within the industry. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have the skill and experience to work independently.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the Sign and Large Format field.
Creative and capable of problem-solving to meet both the company's and customer’s expectations.
High Energy with the ability to work independently and with a larger team.
Strong understanding of substrates and finishing materials.
Maintain print quality and optimize production and minimize waste.
Physical ability to stand on feet all day and be able to lift to 75lb. on an as-needed basis
Communicate with Co-Workers, Dept. Supervisors, Production Managers & Account Executives as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Skills

Site inspections, planning, and sign and vinyl installer for all interior and exterior sign projects.
Proficient in working with tools and able to climb ladders/staging or scaffolding.
Dedication to providing excellent support to our customers.
Avery, Oracal, or 3m Certification is not required, but a major advantage.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
